Shipping Policy
Items ordered through Amicidivita.com are shipped through USPS, UPS, or Fed EX. Shipping cost is calculated once billing/shipping details are entered at checkout. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered standard transportation as chosen by the purchaser at checkout. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times do not include processing time.
At this time Amici Di Vita does not ship to Hawaii or Alaska or out of the United States of America.
Gift Cards are digital and cannot be mailed. They are treated as cash and are sent electronically.
Return Policy
We trust you will be satisfied with your Amici Di Vita’s purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Amici Di Vita’s’s return policy is stated below:
The merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned in person to Amici Di Vita’s location. Please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method.
*No refunds are given on shipping/handling and gift wrap charges. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Amici Di Vita will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) or Amici Di Vita will issue a Amici Di Vita’s Gift Card in the amount returned, when each of the following conditions has been met:
The merchandise must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of delivery; and the merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer’s defect; and the merchandise must be accompanied by either the original Amici Di Vita’s Receipt, or a note including the Order Confirmation number, your name, address, your preference of exchange or refund, and the reason for your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
